1. Agreement
   By placing an order, you (“you” or “customer”) agree to these Terms of Service.
    
2. What We Sell
   We offer original artworks of various media and sizes (including but not limited to acrylic mini-canvases, larger paintings, and mixed-media pieces) as well as high-quality prints in multiple dimensions. All purchases happen securely through our Ko-fi checkout.
    
3. Pricing & Payment
   • Prices are shown in USD.
   • Payment is due in full at checkout via Ko-fi/Stripe.
    
4. Shipping & Delivery
   • Processing: 5–7 business days to prepare and pack your order.
   • Transit: 2–4 business days via USPS (add 1–2 days for very rural routes).
   • Risk of loss transfers to you once your package leaves our studio.
    
5. Returns & Refunds
   • Original artworks: Final sale—no returns.
   • Prints: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping.
   • To request a return, email mabx.art@outlook.com with your order number.
    
6. Intellectual Property
   All artwork, images, and website content are owned by Mabx.Art. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell without our written permission.
    
7. Liability Limit
   Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
    
8. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
