• Subscription Data: Email address, name (if provided), subscription preferences (e.g. which Mabx.Portals you’ve opted into), and engagement data (opens, clicks) collected by MailerLite.
• Payment Data: Collected and processed securely by Stripe/Ko-fi—Mabx.Art never stores full card details.
• Usage Data: Automatically collected via cookies and analytics (pages visited, time spent, referral URL).
   

• Order Fulfillment: To process and ship purchases, send order confirmations, and handle support inquiries.
• Customer Service: To respond to questions about products, shipping, or returns.
• Email Marketing (Optional):
  • With your explicit opt-in, we use your email and preferences to send:
    • Newsletters (Mabx.Art, Mabx.Space, other Mabx.Portals)
    • New-art announcements, sneak peeks & special promotions
  • Engagement is tracked (opens, clicks) so we can tailor content and limit frequency—no spam, ever.
• Site Improvement: To analyze site performance and user behavior for ongoing refinement.
   

Any voicemail or text you send via our Google Voice line may be used—either as original audio, transcribed text, or read aloud—in future art projects, social posts, or podcast episodes. To opt out of public use, begin your recording or message with the word “PRIVATE,” and we will keep it confidential. By submitting (and not marking your submission “PRIVATE”), you consent to this use.

• Shipping Carriers: USPS (or other carriers) deliver physical orders.

  • Hosting & Site Builder: GoDaddy Website Builder hosts this site and stores order data.
  • Email & Communications:
    • Transactional emails: GoDaddy sends order confirmations and support messages.
    • Newsletters & promotions: MailerLite manages opt-ins, delivers campaigns, and tracks engagement. 
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose basic order or account information to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax audits, court orders).
   

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and collect usage statistics. • Deletion: Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any newsletter footer—or by emailing mabx.art@outlook.com—and we will delete or anonymize your subscriber record.
• Other Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to restrict processing, request data portability, or lodge a complaint with your local regulator. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; any data from minors should be provided by a parent or guardian.
